Terms and Conditions
1. Purchaser agrees that he or she has read the guide description and the following terms and conditions prior to ordering.
2. Runescapeguide.com will issue refunds to dissatisfied customers, provided the conditions below are met.
3. Any requests for refunds made after 48 hours of payment will not be honored.
4. If you are honestly dissatisfied with a guide you have purchased, and provided the request is made in a timely fashion (see No. 3 above), the following steps must be taken to receive a refund.
(a) Contact us at support@runescapeguide.com stating the specific reason for the dissatisfaction.
(b) Provide your Paypal email address and order confirmation number
(c) Include in the email constructive criticism, such as specific content you expected to see, and why you expected to see it based on our description.
(d) Include any alleged misstatements in the guide description.
5. If all the conditions above are not met, your refund may be delayed or cancelled at the discretion of Gamers Guides staff.
6. Please be advised that when you order a guide from Runescapeguide.com, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above. Upon purchase, this becomes a legal, binding contract. Any breach of this agreement will be promptly handled by our legal department.
