Q.   I paid and was not taken to the download site what do I do now?
A.   If you hit the return to merchant button then you should have been taken right to the download site. If you were not you also should receive an email at your address listed with Paypal that will have the download address in it. If you did not get the email then please let us know by sending us a support request byclciking below Click Here to send a support request be sure to include either your transaction id or the email address you paid with using PayPal. We will then respond with the download link after we verify your payment.

Q.   When will my guide arrive in the mail?
A.   Our guides are in electronic format we do not ship them via regular mail. They are available for download and printing on your printer. This saves both time and money for you.

Q.   Can I pay with another method besides PayPal?
A.   You can check our order page for our payment methods. Click here to go to the order page.

Q.   I was taken to the download site and I clicked on the guide but nothing happens.
A.   Our guides are created in Adobe Acrobat .pdf file formats. To view our guides you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. It is a free program that you can download from Adobe.com or Download.com. Most newer computers have it installed at the factory. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat you can also get it here.

Q.   Will I be banned for using the techniques in this guide?
A.   Definitely not!! The tecniques in our guide are 100% legal. We do not believe in breaking the rules.

Q.   Is this a scam?
A.   Absolutely not!! We were the first to offer a guide for Runescape back in 2003. And our updated guide is still the best on the market today. We have helped hundreds of Runescape players become Rich!

Q.   Can I really make millions with a level 6 character?
A.   Why you certainly can. It is very easy to do and requires no skills to be trained at all. No mining, fishing, combat skills, or any other skills for that matter are required to follow the techniques in the guide.

Q.   Is this for members or free to play?
A.   The techniques in the guide will work for both members and non-members.

Q.   How long will it take me to make a Million gold?
A.   That is a tricky question to answer. It depends on how long you play each day and how well you can follow the techniques in the guide. I am able to make anywhere from 50k to 100k per hour with my level 6 character. Some people have reported making 500k to 1 million the first night after reading the guide!

Q.   Do you sell Runescape money or items for real money?
A.   No.... That is against the Jagex rules. I do not suggest that you ever pay for Runescape items. You will risk getting your account banned and loosing your money.. our guide will show you how to earn your own money the easiest way possible.
